Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing Ping Arcade, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must cease use of the platform immediately. This service is strictly for users aged 18 years or older.

2. Skill-Based Platform Declaration

Ping Arcade is a Game of Skill. Every outcome is determined by the user's physical timing, reaction speed, and precision. We do not use Random Number Generators (RNG) to determine winners. This platform does not constitute "Gambling" under Australian Law.

3. Token & Ticket System

• Tokens: Virtual currency used to enter games. Purchased Tokens are non-refundable and have no cash value.
• Tickets: Rewarded for high-precision play. Tickets can only be redeemed for digital rewards (e.g., Gift Cards).
• Abuse: Any attempt to manipulate the ticket system via software exploitation will result in an immediate permanent ban and forfeiture of all balances.

4. Anti-Cheat Policy

To maintain a fair environment for all players, we use server-side verification to detect "Perfect Timing" bots. We reserve the right to withhold rewards if a score is deemed physiologically impossible or achieved through network manipulation.

5. Limitation of Liability

Ping Arcade is provided "as is." We are not responsible for losses caused by internet latency, device lag, or user error during high-precision gameplay.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be handled in the courts of this jurisdiction.
