Ping Arcade ("[We/Us]") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy outlines our practices regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of your data in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the 2025 Privacy Amendments.

2. Information We Collect

• Account Information: Name, email address, and authentication data via Supabase/Google.
• Gameplay Data: Start/stop timestamps, millisecond precision scores, and device identifiers (IP address).
• Financial Data: Transaction history for Token purchases. (All payments are processed via Stripe; we do not store credit card numbers).

3. Automated Decision Making (ADM)

As required by the 2025 Australian Privacy Standards, we disclose that we use automated systems to:

• Verify gameplay integrity and detect fraudulent "bot" behavior.
• Calculate ticket rewards based on precision timing data.

4. Your Rights
